I went for a wash cut and style what a mistake. The stylist Nikki @ the Bryne Dr location in Barrie was terrible. She did not listen during the consultation and even asked me to repeat myself because she was more interested in the conversation happening in the chair next to mine....the store manager, Helen Minicuci was sitting there getting her hair done. She told me she couldn't cut my hair how I asked because of the haircut I already had. When I asked her to taper my hair around my face she told me she couldn't because of my curly hair. She barely trimmed my hair then grabbed some hair product to put in my hair without even asking me. I asked her what she was putting in and she then told me. I asked her not to put it in because I am allergic to hair products. I told her I was ok with the Paul Mitchel Line or Moroccan Oil. She only wiped her hands off on a towel then applied the new product. Didn't bother washing her hands to not cause an allergic reaction. When she blowed dried my hair I was furious! I had the exact same hair that I had come in with. I told her as much and said we were done. She then followed me to the cashier and I was charged for my so called hair cut! While standing there I phoned another salon to get a hair cut. I informed the cashier that I was not happy and that I would not be returning. I did call back and got a refund but to find out that the manager was sitting next to me the whole time and let me leave that upset without intervening is appalling! The terrible customer service and unprofessionalizm of this location is by far the most unsatisfactory I have ever encountered!
